Aleya Dao

Aleya Dao is a sound healer, energy worker, author and musician. She describes having lived inside energy work all her life, and has been in the healing and alternative health world since childhood. In 2001 she had an awakening experience that changed everything, and she spent years integrating it and crafting tools to help sensitive people hold a calm, coherent energy field.

She is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, a Licensed Acupuncturist in Colorado, and the author of the Seven Cups of Consciousness book. Her work blends energetic protocols, sound healing, music, light language and guidance from the higher realms. She has recorded almost 3,000 meditations online.

At the heart of her teaching are the Cups of Consciousness: short daily guided meditations meant to steady the energy fields, with a live video gathering for her community every three weeks. She also offers group coaching, master classes, one-on-one sessions, in-person retreats, a podcast, and the Empowered Empath course for people who feel the world deeply and want practical tools to reclaim their energy.

Aleya lives with her husband on their land near Yosemite National Park in central California.
